Our Commitment Your satisfaction matters to us. Because our products are fulfilled and shipped directly from our supplier partners, we are unable to accept returns for change-of-mind purchases.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged or defective item

We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items Due to the nature of our fulfillment model, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Change-of-mind purchases
  • Items damaged due to misuse
